Give

Your training gave you something. Pass it on.

Your gift puts a young martial artist who couldn't otherwise afford it on the mat for a year, with a leadership program built on top of it. A full scholarship is $100 a month, and every gift, of any size, goes toward one.

What your teachers gave you can't be paid back. But you can pay it forward to the next generation.

Every gift is matched 1:1 through December 31, 2026.

Up to $20,000. Matching funds go to Budo Accelerator's general fund.

Lessons that travel

A year-round course, developed through our accredited program at UC Irvine, that turns training into something a student can carry into school, work and home, studied alongside peers from every art and every part of the country.

Fund a student

Put a student on the mat this year.

Give monthly, yearly or once. Every gift goes toward a student's scholarship.

Support students at the school you know.

Name the school when you give. If it's a Budo Scholar partner, your gift goes to students there first. If it isn't yet, we'll reach out and invite them in.

Gifts directly support eligible scholarship students. If no student at the school you name needs a scholarship, your gift goes where scholarships are needed most.

Behind every student

The gift that makes every scholarship possible.

A scholarship puts a student on the mat. Everything around it is paid for by unrestricted gifts: the leadership curriculum, the mentors, and the work of finding, placing and supporting each student.

Unrestricted gifts also help fund the students we serve in our local community, through our partnerships with UC Irvine, Simon Scholars, TGR Learning Lab and Project Hope Alliance.

General fund

Goes where Budo Accelerator needs it most, across every program.
